You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.
To cancel items or orders:
We do not accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after shipment.
If your order arrived damaged, or if it is not the product on your invoice, contact us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and which item(s) you want to return, along with a photo. We will cheerfully replace the damaged items at no cost to you.
*Return is only possible if the purchased items are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.
*Once the package is opened, we do not accept returns for reasons such as the size does not fit, the shape or function of the product is different from the image, or the color is different from the image.
*If there is evidence to suggest that the product has been used to a degree such as to decrease its value, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price only upon arrival at our address and so we recommend using a trackable delivery service.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Re-ship pachages
Packages are sometimes sent back to our offices for a variety of reasons (customer provided incomplete shipping address, package was not picked up within post office retention period, etc.). In these cases, the customer is responsible for paying a fee to re-ship the package. If you do not want to pay a re-shipping fee, we will refund your order (minus the shipping fee, if applicable).
