Swallow sable

It is the original species of wheat carefully grown by Mr. Daichido, a farmer in Hino Town, Shiga Prefecture.
A Japanese-style sable baked with whole grain ground stone mill of "Dinkel wheat", wheat Iwainodaichi from Gifu prefecture, sugar beet, and rice oil. It has a gentle texture with a rough texture.
